Everybody loves a super cheesy Christmas film which is way too young for them but it’s Christmas and anything goes! Noelle is the perfect fit if you’re an ‘everybody’ like me.

Santa (Jay Brazeau) has two kids: Noelle (Anna Kendrick) and Nick (Bill Hader), naturally Nick is in line to take over as the next Santa and starts his training young, and Noelle’s role is to support her brother and fill him with Christmas spirit. When Santa dies, Noelle excels in her role bringing Christmas cheer to everybody in the North Pole. However, Nick is not doing well with his training and it is clear to everybody he is not a natural. Noelle encourages him to take a break before Christmas to relax and destress, what she doesn’t bank on is that he wouldn’t return.

With the help of Elf Polly (Shirley MacLaine); her nanny, Noelle adventures to Arizona to find Nick to bring him back to the North Pole and save Christmas. Along the way, she meets Jake (Kingsley Ben-Adir) and his son Alex (Maceo Smedley) who help Noelle understand the true meaning of Christmas.

I guarantee this will probably be one of the cheesiest films you watch this year but as with most family films it has a lovely message and it’s just a really easy watch to get you into the festive spirit!
