It’s been about 2 months since I last posted but I’m back!
Like every normal Brit my New Years resolutions are sort of out the door already (see here). I didn’t wear my Fitbit for a few weeks so had no way to track how many miles I had done for the 1000 mile challenge and I let my life get in the way and stopped walking places, but every day is a new day so it’s never to late to get back on it right?
My diet also isn’t going great; yup I’m a girl my life is a diet! It’s really depressing because I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been, but I just like to eat bad food. So I’m going to use my blog to try and help with my weight watchers progress too (if anybody has any recipe suggestions please feel free to share). My aim is to lose 7lb in the next 3 weeks which I feel is definitely more than achievable!
Anway, I got totally distracted catching up… so my plan for my blog… I’m going to start posting a weekly update every Sunday, it’s going to have…

- The highlight of my week
- The pitfall of my week
- How much weight (if any) I’ve lost
- How many steps I managed for the week
- What I’m reading
- My favourite quote of the week
- Whether I’ve seen any good films
- What I’m looking forward to
I’m also going to aim to do random posts about the good things that happen too!
Lastly, I’m considering starting a vlog. Does anybody have any hints or tips for that? It’s a pretty scary prospect currently!
