December 18th

It’s my birthday!!! Yeyyyy!!! I was up at the crack of dawn to spend the day in Edinburgh with my Momma which meant we got to witness the sun rising across the coast from the train

You’ve just got to ignore the reflection of inside the train ๐Ÿ™ˆ
It’s fair to say that Edinburgh Christmas fair is my favourite of all the Christmas fairs I’ve been to (Leeds was rubbish) and it’s the 3rd time I’ve been around my birthday

I really wanted to go ice skating but my mam would have made me do it alone haha. So instead we went shopping! I found a random pirate in Jenners that was just begging me to take a selfie with it
I’m just that cool!

We then went to the Hard Rock Cafรจ (because it’s my favourite) and I had birthday rewards. I was also super excited to introduce my mam to spinach dip (Jen’s speciality in Texas)

Then had a yummy steak. Nom Nom!

We don’t usually make it to the castle side of the valley (is it a valley? I don’t know) so we decided to trek over there. It was super windy but we had a selfie anyway because why not???

Its such a strange view from the top of Edinburgh castle because you feel like it should be really beautiful but instead it’s loads of houses with random pretty mountains.

This was just a random pretty tree I felt deserved a spot on this blog ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐ŸŽ„

It was then home for presents and cake. I honestly have the best family and friends when it comes to presents they all know me so well I love them all. And Phoebe was there to help me unwrap obviously

My mam also picked a super good cake that had white chocolate frosting, Mmm it was yummy!

Now I’m going to have an early night since I was up early this morning and I’m back at work tomorrow – boring!

Night night ๐Ÿ˜˜
